  • Record Date for Entitlement: 6 November 2024, 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time).
  • Eligible Shareholders: Those with securities accounts credited with Japfa Ltd shares in The Central Depository (Pte) Limited as of the record date.
  • Dividend Payment Date: 13 November 2024 (revised from 8 November 2024).

Special Notes for Investors: Ensure holdings are credited to the appropriate securities accounts by 5:00 p.m. on the record date to secure entitlement to this dividend.
