  • Shareholders are required to complete and return the enclosed Reply Form, indicating their preferred method and language of receipt.
  • The Reply Form can be returned via mail (with a freepost label for Hong Kong residents), by hand to the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar (Tricor Investor Services Limited), or by email with a scanned copy to [email protected].
  • Deadline: If the Company does not receive a completed and signed Reply Form or any written objection by 28 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to receive all future corporate communications via the website with a notification.

Ongoing Rights and Flexibility

  • Shareholders can change their choice of communication method or language at any time by giving reasonable prior notice in writing or by email to the Share Registrar.
  • If shareholders have difficulties accessing the website version, the Company will provide printed copies free of charge upon request.
  • Printed copies of both English and Chinese versions will always be available on request from the Company or the Share Registrar.
  • The electronic (website) versions will be available on both the Company’s website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website.
