ISDN’s AR Robotics Forms Strategic Partnership With Soradynamics and Trinity to Accelerate Robotics and AI Growth in Asia and Beyond 23

ISDN Holdings: Strategic Partnership in Robotics and AI

ISDN Holdings Subsidiary AR Robotics Forms Strategic Partnership with Soradynamics and Trinity to Accelerate Robotics and AI Business

Key Highlights

  • AR Robotics, a subsidiary of ISDN Holdings Limited, has brought in Soradynamics and Trinity One LT Limited as strategic partners to drive the growth of its robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) business.
  • Post-transaction, ISDN retains a 30% equity stake in AR Robotics, while Trinity holds 40% and Soradynamics holds 30%.
  • ISDN injects S\$1 million in seed capital, alongside its extensive manufacturing experience and Asia sales network.
  • Soradynamics contributes proprietary Japanese drone technology and advanced multi-camera video fusion capabilities.
  • Trinity, registered in the British Virgin Islands, provides financial backing and market expansion expertise, and was key in facilitating this partnership.
  • Early commercial traction is evident with an initial contract pipeline of approximately USD10 million and ongoing technology trials with Singaporean agencies.
  • This partnership positions AR Robotics as a leading alternative to Chinese-made robotics, catering to surging demand in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States amid global supply chain realignment.

Details of the Transaction

AR Robotics, previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of ISDN Holdings, divested 486,500 ordinary shares to Trinity and Soradynamics. The transaction is structured to combine Trinity’s financial resources and market development prowess with Soradynamics’ cutting-edge drone technologies. ISDN Holdings provides seed funding, manufacturing know-how, and a robust sales network developed over nearly 40 years in the industrial automation sector.

The new ownership structure is as follows:

  • Trinity One LT Limited: 40% (largest shareholder)
  • Soradynamics Co., Ltd.: 30%
  • ISDN Holdings: 30%

The S\$1 million in seed capital will be used to establish and scale operations, leveraging the strengths and resources of all partners.

Strategic Rationale and Market Implications

The partnership is strategically timed as global supply chains shift away from dependence on Chinese-made robotics and drone systems, boosting demand for credible alternatives. Soradynamics’ drone and video fusion technologies have been independently validated for stability and endurance, meeting global standards.

AR Robotics is focusing on a modular robotics and AI platform based on drone hardware. This platform will support multiple high-growth industrial applications, including:

  • Firefighting
  • Infrastructure inspection
  • Delivery
  • Surveillance

The company has already established an initial contract pipeline worth approximately USD10 million and is conducting technology trials with major agencies in Singapore—demonstrating commercial traction and market readiness.

Looking ahead, AR Robotics will prioritize market entry in Asia Pacific with plans to expand into Europe and the United States, further capitalizing on geopolitical trends that favor non-Chinese suppliers.

Industry forecasts reinforce the market opportunity: According to Technavio, the global commercial drone market is expected to grow by USD22.33 billion between 2026 and 2030 at a CAGR of 12.6%. Inspection and maintenance are projected to make up over 25% of the total commercial drone revenue by 2030, highlighting the relevance of AR Robotics’ modular platform.

Management Commentary

Mr. Teo Cher Koon, Managing Director and President of ISDN Holdings Limited:
“AR Robotics reflects how ISDN builds value. We identify high-potential technology, bring our manufacturing depth and Asia network to bear, and partner with the right people to take it global. The geopolitical shift away from Chinese-made robotics is creating a real and immediate opening for what we are building here, and we enter with USD10 million contracts in the pipeline to show the market is ready. Just as NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. has grown from an idea into a globally partnered AI inspection platform, we expect AR Robotics to follow the same path.”

Mr. Hirotaka Kuroki, Director of Soradynamics, Co., Ltd:
“We strongly believe that our partnership with Trinity and ISDN will further strengthen our position in the market in the offering of Japanese drone and robotics technologies to the region.”

Mr. Darren Loi, Partner of Trinity One LT Limited:
“With the partnership, AR Robotics will possess Deep Tech Manufacturing capabilities in the ecosystem of Robotics and AI. We believe Singapore will continue to attract more of such partnerships and we welcome collaborations to leverage on our core competencies in Deep Tech Manufacturing for the robotics, drone and AI industry.”

Regulatory and Shareholder Considerations

  • This divestment is classified as a non-discloseable transaction under Chapter 10 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, as the relative figures do not exceed 5%. No formal announcement under Rule 1010 is required.
  • Nonetheless, the transaction is significant as it marks a strategic pivot for ISDN into high-growth, high-tech markets with global reach, and brings in well-capitalized and technologically advanced partners.
  • Shareholders should note the immediate contract pipeline and the strong positioning of AR Robotics in a rapidly growing industry, which could have a positive impact on ISDN’s future earnings and share value, subject to execution risks and market acceptance.
