Since joining FTAI in 2022, Mr. McAleese has played a key role in building core corporate finance functions and developing financial planning and analysis capabilities. His background includes roles at BHG Financial, Breather, and PwC, with expertise in public accounting, real estate, and capital markets. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Hazan joined FTAI in 2017 and, as Senior Vice President, Controller from 2024 to 2026, oversaw the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and operational functions. He previously worked at Fortress Investment Group, focusing on accounting and financial reporting. Prior to that, he spent over six years at PwC, most recently as an Assurance Manager. Mr. Hazan holds an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Management, Accounting from Babson College, and is a CPA.

Eun (Angela) Nam received recognition from the Board and her colleagues for her contributions over the past twelve years. She expressed gratitude for the support and affirmed her commitment to ensuring a seamless transition.
