TOTM Technologies Secures Over S\$6.1 Million in Strategic Indonesia Contracts

Singapore, 2 January 2026 – TOTM Technologies Limited (“TOTM Technologies” or “the Company”) has announced a significant milestone for its wholly-owned Indonesian subsidiary, PT. International Biometrics Indonesia (“InterBio”), which has secured the renewal of existing and new contracts in Indonesia with an aggregate value exceeding S\$6.1 million. These awards further cement the Group’s leadership in Indonesia’s national digital infrastructure and open new revenue streams in the maritime sector.

Key Highlights

  • Renewal of Annual Technical Support (ATS) Contract for Indonesia’s National ID System
  • Issuance of Additional ABIS Licences for Indonesia’s National ID Infrastructure
  • New Maritime Cloud Platform (MCP) Contract for Integrated Vessel Management
  • Aggregate contract value attributable to InterBio exceeds S\$6.1 million

Details of the Secured Contracts

1. Annual Technical Support (ATS) and Additional ABIS Licences

The consortium comprising InterBio and PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (“IconPlus”) has been awarded the Annual Technical Support (ATS) contract for the maintenance of Indonesia’s National ID system for 2026, continuing a winning streak since 2017. The Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (“Dukcapil”) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (“MOHA”) awarded this contract, which covers:

  • Ongoing system maintenance
  • Operational support
  • Technical services for the National ID infrastructure

Additionally, Dukcapil has issued additional Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS) licences, with IconPlus acting as InterBio’s reseller. The combined value of the ATS and ABIS contracts attributable to InterBio is approximately IDR 79.1 billion (S\$6.08 million).

2. Maritime Cloud Platform (MCP) Contract Award

In December 2025, the KSO MCP BKI Consortium, with InterBio as a key member, was awarded a Maritime Cloud Platform (MCP) contract by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. This contract covers the provision of an integrated vessel maintenance management system for 160 vessels, enabling:

  • Real-time monitoring of crew management and fleet operations
  • Vessel tracking
  • Access to real-time weather updates
  • Automated compliance with certification requirements

The contract is for a twelve-month period in 2026, with a value attributable to InterBio of approximately IDR 1.03 billion (S\$0.08 million).

Strategic Significance and Shareholder Relevance

  • Consistent Recognition: InterBio’s repeated success in winning the ATS contract since 2017 demonstrates strong client trust and operational excellence in supporting Indonesia’s foundational digital infrastructure.
  • Maritime Expansion: The MCP contract marks TOTM’s entry into the maritime digital solutions sector, representing a new and potentially high-growth revenue stream.
  • Scale and Impact: The Group manages one of the world’s largest biometric National ID databases, with over 200 million enrolled citizens, underlining its competitive position and technological capability.
  • Geographical and Sector Diversification: The Group’s platforms are already deployed in key public and private projects across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Africa, and expansion into healthcare, banking, transport, and telecommunications is underway.
  • Price Sensitivity: The aggregate contract value exceeding S\$6.1 million is material and may significantly enhance the Group’s revenue and profit visibility for 2026. The entry into the maritime sector demonstrates the Group’s strategic agility and could prompt a re-rating of the shares based on expanded addressable markets and recurring revenue streams.

“This MCP contract represents the first contract win following the formation of the MCP BKI Consortium and marks the Group’s entry into a new revenue stream in the maritime digital solutions segment, highlighting our expanding capabilities in secure, standards-compliant digital vessel monitoring and connectivity solutions for the maritime sector. The award of the ATS contract and additional ABIS licences underscores the continued trust placed in InterBio to maintain Indonesia’s foundational National ID system. These developments demonstrate the Group’s proven ability to support mission-critical national and sector-wide infrastructure in Indonesia.”
