NEW YORK, June 12, 2026 – The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (“BNY”, NYSE: BNY), a leading global financial services company, has announced a significant capital action: the full redemption of all outstanding shares of its Series H Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock and the related Depositary Shares. Each Depositary Share represents a 1/100th interest in a share of the Series H Preferred Stock.
