  • Initial orders secured for precision components used in NVIDIA’s AI server platforms and data centres.
  • Production for NVIDIA expected to commence in Q4 FY2025; production for IEIT to begin October 2025.
  • Group investing in high-end precision equipment to support increased AI-related demand.
  • InnoTek’s subsidiaries, Magix Mechatronics and Sun Mansfield Manufacturing, driving growth through these new projects.
  • Track record expansion into AI and cloud computing sectors, with product development focused on advanced GPU server chassis and liquid-cooling systems.
  • Potential for further strategic partnerships and growth in the GPU space.

InnoTek’s Breakthrough: Approved Vendor for NVIDIA and IEIT

SGX Mainboard-listed InnoTek Limited has reached a significant milestone, announcing its approval as a recommended vendor by two global giants in the GPU and AI infrastructure space—NVIDIA Corporation and IEIT Systems Co., Ltd. (part of China’s Inspur Group). This dual approval follows stringent qualification processes and demonstrates InnoTek’s capabilities in precision machining and manufacturing for high-tech AI applications.

NVIDIA, headquartered in Santa Clara, USA, is the world’s leading manufacturer of high-end graphics processing units (GPUs), which are essential for training and running AI models. InnoTek’s subsidiary, Magix Mechatronics (Dongguan), has already secured initial orders to supply precision components for NVIDIA’s products. Production is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of FY2025, marking InnoTek’s entry into the elite supply chain supporting the global AI revolution.

Similarly, Sun Mansfield Manufacturing (Dongguan), another InnoTek subsidiary, has been awarded a new project by IEIT Systems, a Shenzhen Stock Exchange–listed entity and global leader in data centre and cloud computing infrastructure. IEIT is part of the Inspur Group, China’s largest server manufacturer and one of the top three global suppliers by market share. The project involves producing metal casings and components for GPU servers, with production commencing in October 2025.

Strategic Investments to Support Growth

To capitalize on these high-profile wins, InnoTek is making substantial investments in advanced precision equipment. This move is designed to expand manufacturing capacity and capability, supporting not only NVIDIA and IEIT but also enabling InnoTek to pursue further opportunities in the rapidly growing AI and cloud computing sectors. CEO Lou Yiliang emphasized the company’s commitment to scaling up and meeting the rigorous manufacturing standards demanded by industry leaders.

Over the past two years, InnoTek has actively engaged new customers in AI-related fields and accelerated new product development for GPU server products, including advanced server chassis and liquid-cooling systems. This pivot positions InnoTek as a strategic partner for technology companies looking to leverage next-generation GPU infrastructure.

Why This Is Price-Sensitive and Shareholder-Relevant

  • Approval by NVIDIA and IEIT signals validation of InnoTek’s manufacturing quality and capacity by the most demanding global tech leaders.
  • Entry into the supply chains of NVIDIA and Inspur Group opens doors to significant recurring revenue streams and enhances global reputation.
  • Strategic investments in high-end equipment and new product lines indicate aggressive growth plans and commitment to capturing AI market opportunities.
  • Potential for further projects and partnerships in the GPU and AI space, which could materially impact future earnings and market positioning.
  • First-mover advantage in supplying critical hardware for AI infrastructure, a sector with exponential growth prospects.
