- The Advanced Distribution will be paid on or around 10 February 2025.
- Unitholders must complete and return the “Declaration for Singapore Tax Purposes” forms by 16 December 2024 to avoid tax deductions.
- Foreign non-individual Unitholders and Foreign Funds will receive distributions net of 10% tax unless they comply with certain conditions.
- Failure to properly complete and return the necessary forms will result in a 17% tax deduction from distributions.
