The final dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the Fifty-Fourth Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2024.

The Transfer Books and the Register of Members will be closed on 6 November 2024 to prepare the dividend warrants.

Shareholders must ensure that registrable transfers of ordinary shares are completed and submitted to the Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, by 5.00 p.m. on 5 November 2024. This is to determine entitlement to the proposed final dividend.

Shareholders with securities accounts credited with the company’s ordinary shares by 5.00 p.m. on 5 November 2024 will be eligible for the dividend.

If the final dividend is approved, it will be paid on 15 November 2024.
