CDL is set to begin previews for its new Woodlands project, named Norwood Grand, on October 4, 2024. This project marks a significant development in Singapore’s District 25.

Project Details
Norwood Grand consists of 348 residential units across four 11-storey blocks. The units range in size from 495 sqft one-bedroom units priced just under SGD 1 million (SGD 1,996 psf) to 1,173 sqft four-bedroom units priced upwards of SGD 2.2 million (SGD 1,908 psf).

Location and Accessibility
The development is located within a five-minute walk to Woodlands South MRT station and offers a convenient location for residents.

Site Acquisition
CDL acquired the 14,432.5 sqm site at a state tender in September 2023 for a total price of SGD 294.9 million.

Additional Features
Norwood Grand will include an early childhood development centre, enhancing the appeal of the development to families and providing additional value for prospective buyers.
