Announcement of Record Date and Payment Date for Dividend

  • Dividend Details: A proposed first and final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 3 cents per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.
  • Record Date: The Share Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed on 1 November 2024 for the purpose of preparing dividend warrants.
  • Entitlement Cut-off: Duly completed transfers must be received by the Share Registrar by 5:00 p.m. on 30 October 2024 to be eligible for the dividend. Members with securities accounts credited with shares as of 5:00 p.m. on 30 October 2024 will also be entitled to the dividend.
  • Approval Date: The proposed dividend will be approved at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 22 October 2024.
  • Payment Date: If approved, the dividend will be paid on 15 November 2024.

  • Ensure any share transfers are completed by the 30 October 2024 deadline to qualify for the proposed dividend.
