Completion of Flexhub Divestment in Malaysia

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has successfully completed the divestment of Flexhub, a property located in Senai, Johor, Malaysia. The property comprises a single-storey industrial building with annexed office space and has a total net lettable area of 63,175 square meters.

Sale Price and Valuation

The divestment was completed at a proposed sale price of RM125.1 million, which represents a 7.4% premium over the latest valuation of RM116.5 million as of 1 October 2023.
